How we clean ?
our IICRC certified technicians will evaluate the tile and grout being cleaned. once we have the green light from you the technician will then treat the tiles by applying a pre-spray that will dissolve all the dirt and grime on the tile then use our Truck mounted system to generates water pressure of up to 2000 P.S.I. and water temperature of approximately 210-280 degrees along with a high pressure, dual jet rotary tool to loosen and extract years of soil and contaminants .
once we reach the desire result our technician will then hand dry the tile and use help of an air mover to complete the drying before we proceed to the sealing part .
Grout Sealer
our Professional sealer will Not help protect your grout from spills that make it susceptible to stains, our grout sealing will helps protect your grout from mold and mildew growth, strengthens your grout, and slows down wear-and–tear. Over time, water and grime can penetrate the grout, causing tiles to crack and eventually break.
